How do I receive access to the pre-sale?
To receive a pre-sale code and access the ticket pre-sale window, place an order any album format of ‘I’M ONLY F**KING MYSELF’ from the official Lola Young UK Store by 10am BST on Monday 7th July 2025. You will receive your pre-sale code and ticket link by 5pm BST on Monday 7th July 2025 via email. If you have already ordered ‘I’M ONLY F**KING MYSELF’ on an album format from the official Lola Young UK Store, you will receive a pre-sale code. You can also register for pre-sale access by entering your details on the

No purchase necessary form by 10am BST on Monday 7th July 2025. Please note, all pre-sale codes have no cash value, are non-transferrable, case sensitive and available for one-time use only. Pre-sale access does not guarantee you a ticket(s).

When will I receive my pre-sale code?
You will receive your pre-sale code and ticket link by 5pm BST on Monday 7th July 2025 via email. The pre-sale goes live at 10am BST on Tuesday 8th July 2025. Please note, Customer Service will not be able to provide any pre-sale codes to eligible customers before 5pm BST on Monday 7th July 2025, so please allow time for your email to be received.
What do I do If I haven’t received my pre-sale code?
If you have not received your pre-sale code by 5pm BST on Monday 7th July 2025, please check your junk or spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate your email containing the pre-sale code and ticket link, you can reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance by clicking
